Orders & Manual Orders
Most orders can be done directly from the website, however for special orders and custom orders, these will be manually done for you with an invoice from PayPal. Please contact us for these orders.
Shipping, Processing & Deliveries
Unless specifically stated, items are processed and shipped within 3 business days of the confirmation of the order. Delivery times for free shipments vary between 2-6 weeks depending on country and location. Express or Expedited shipping varies from 3-14 days depending on the shipper or carrier. We normally use DHL, FedEx and International Registered Postal Mail to effect deliveries, depending on the type of purchase.
Due to the Pandemic, some delays have been caused in the shipping times due to slower processing.
Accepted Payments
Accepted Payments are via Credit card, PayPal, Western Union and Bank Transfers. Payment for custom orders is via Credit Card, Western Union or Bank Transfer, while for regular orders, PayPal may be used. Please see item listing or contact us for more information.
Customs, VATs & Duties
Customs, VATs and import taxes are collected by the government of the buyer's country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes or duties that may accrue to their purchase. An invoice may be provided with shipments. We are not responsible for these customs duties or taxes, nor for any delays due to customs or clearance issues. Please inform us if you would like your item shipped as a gift.
Returns or Exchanges
Returns are acceptable for damaged and defective items only. No cash is given for accepted returns however, you may receive a Store Credit or Coupon in the equivalent amount of the returned item. Returns are accepted for items purchased that are noticeably faulty, deemed incorrect items shipped, and for incorrect sizes. Items can only be returned or exchanged after receiving written approval from us via email. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
Because of the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns for:
Customized or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for reasons of health/hygiene)
Items that are on Sale or Discounted
Supplements or Health & Nutrition products
Used Skin Creams or Beauty Products
Tarnished Jewelry or Earrings (including pierced earrings, silver jewelry or plated jewelry)
Conditions of Return
If your item has been approved for a return or exchange, you will receive an email confirmation from us. After receiving and accepting the return or exchange item from the customer, they will then get a Store Credit or Coupon or exchanged item as deemed appropriate.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Buyers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. If the item is not returned complete or in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. A minimum return fee or 25% will apply to any restock to shelf or returned item.
Free Gifts
If you received free gifts with an item that you are returning, you must also return that free gift along with all other items relevant to that purchase, otherwise the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Order Cancellations
NO cancellations can be done for personalized/customized goods or for goods after items have already been shipped. All cancellations that are retrievable will attract a 50% fee. If the item is returned by the buyer for no stated or apparent reason, a minimum fee of 25% will be deducted for the returned item.

Please read these terms and conditions of sale and use of the Site ("Terms and Conditions") carefully before consulting and using this Site. These Terms and Conditions set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of this Site, and the related services, offers, sales, content, promotions, modalities, as well as any order or purchase you make via the Site. Countries We Ship To
At Senzationalgifts.com, we ship to Jamaica, the continental USA, Canada, the UK. We do not ship to PO Boxes, Schools, Military Zones, Outlier Territories, Countries at War or places restricted by the Postal Services. If you would like us to ship to your country and FedEx/DHL Express is available there, we'd be happy to do a manual order for you.
Personal information
When you use the Site, you are deemed to have read and accepted our policies, including our Privacy Policy.
